You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging

How to Return

1. Email us at support@furease.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return label within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back using the provided label
4. Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
