Thank you for visiting and shopping at FurEase. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High volume of orders or carrier delays may slightly impact processing times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (US)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 7-15 Natural days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $35.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vivilee717@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and Lost Packages
FurEase takes pride in packaging our products securely. However, if you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at vivilee717@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can make it right.
